Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the provision of facial services at Skintuary. Appointment Booking: a. Clients are encouraged to schedule facial appointments in advance. b. Walk-ins are welcome, but availability cannot be guaranteed. Cancellation, Rescheduling, & No-shows  a. Clients must provide a 24hr notice for cancellations or rescheduling. b. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee. c. If client fails to show up to appointment, they will not be able to receive a service without paying a no-show fee. Arrival and Late Policy: a. Clients are advised to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment. b. Late arrivals may result in a late fee. Pricing: a. Prices for facial services are outlined in the establishment's pricing menu. b. The establishment reserves the right to update prices with prior notice. Health and Safety: a. Clients are required to inform the esthetician of any health concerns, allergies, or skin conditions before the facial service. b. The establishment maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Satisfaction Guarantee: a. If a client is not satisfied with their facial service, they are encouraged to communicate their concerns to the establishment within 48 hours for resolution. Code of Conduct: a. Clients are expected to adhere to a respectful and courteous behavior during their facial service. b. Inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of the service and possible banning from future appointments. Privacy Policy: a.
