Services Policy

This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the provision of facial services at Skintuary.

 

Appointment Booking:
Clients are encouraged to schedule facial appointments in advance.

Walk-ins are welcome, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

 

Cancellation, Rescheduling, & No-shows:

 Clients must provide a 24hr notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide timely notice will result in a 50% of the service charge. 
If client fails to show up to appointment, they will be charged 100% of the service. 

 

Arrival and Late Policy:
Clients are advised to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment. Late arrivals will not get extra time added to their appointment and the service will end at the time it was supposed to. 

Pricing:
Prices for facial services are outlined in the "services" menu.
Skintuary reserves the right to update prices without prior notice.

 

Health and Safety:
Clients are required to inform the esthetician of any health concerns, allergies, or skin conditions before the facial service. The establishment maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

 

Satisfaction Guarantee:
If a client is not satisfied with their service, they are encouraged to communicate their concerns to the establishment within 24 hours for resolution.

 

Code of Conduct:
Clients are expected to adhere to a respectful and courteous behavior during their service. Inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of the service and possible banning from future appointments.

 

Privacy Policy:
Skintuary respects client privacy and maintains confidentiality of personal information obtained during facial services.

 

Changes to Policy:
Skintuary reserves the right to update and modify this facial services policy without prior notice.

 

Clients are encouraged to review and acknowledge this policy before availing services at Skintuary.
