No Returns or Exchanges:

  • Once a product has been purchased and received, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, except for instances of damaged or defective products (see below).

 

Damaged or Defective Products:

  • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 5 days of receiving your order. We will require photo evidence of the damage or defect for our records.

  • Our team will assess the issue and, if it is determined that the product was damaged or defective prior to delivery, we will provide you with a replacement or a refund for the cost of the product, excluding shipping charges.

 

Shipping Errors:

  • If you receive the wrong product due to a shipping error on our part, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you at no additional cost.

 

Cancellation Policy:

  • We do not accept order cancellations after an order has been placed and payment has been processed. Please review your order carefully before confirming it.

 

Customer Responsibility:

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information during the checkout process. We are not liable for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

 

Refused Shipments:

  • If a customer refuses a shipment for any reason, they will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred and a restocking fee, if applicable
